Statement of Inclusion

If you’ve wondered whether you belong here, the answer is yes!

Whether you’re a parent juggling tasks between nap time, a neurodivergent creative who thrives with a little flexibility, a queer or trans entrepreneur tired of code-switching, or just someone who’s never felt like anybody’s “ideal client”, I see you. You’re not on the outskirts here. You’re at the heart of town.

I actively welcome:

  • All races, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds
  • All gender identities and expressions
  • All sexual orientations
  • All body types, sizes, and physical abilities
  • All neurotypes and ways of processing the world
  • All faiths, spiritual beliefs, and lived experiences

This is a standard for me, not a checkbox. It shapes how I design my offers, how I communicate with you, how I handle harm if it happens, and how I make sure every client feels not just included, but genuinely cared for.

And I mean that literally.

I’m a nurse of 10 years. I was trained to protect, advocate, and provide care to all people without exception. That ethos doesn’t stay in the hospital. It lives here too. One of the first things we’re taught in nursing is: “I will do no harm. I will care for you.” I carry that Commitment into every part of my business. You deserve a space where your whole self is safe, respected, and supported. That’s what I promise to provide.

Accessibility matters to me.

If you need adjustments— flexible pacing, transcripts, screen-reader friendly materials, captioned content, breaks for sensory or fatigue reasons, or just to not rapid fire message you when I’m excited about your results— ask. No explanation needed. Your needs are valid and welcome.

My core values:

  • Care over ego. Always.
  • Real people, real language. No pretending, no posturing.
  • Respect is the baseline. Inclusion isn’t performative. It’s protective.
  • Curiosity over judgment. Especially when it comes to lived experience.
  • Adaptability. Because one size never fits all, and I’m here to make it fit you.

I’m not perfect. But I’m committed. I listen. I adjust. I don’t tolerate harm. And I will always prioritize people over profits. If I make a mistake, I appreciate the call out and I’ll do my best to remedy it quickly.

If you’ve ever felt “othered” in an online space,

Let this be your invitation to this one.

Bring your full self. You don’t have to tone it down, translate it, or tuck it away. You’re welcome here. And you will be treated with care.
